Lots of fun on the weekend

Las 4:00 p.m. del Viernes. La oficina cerro temprano para darle chances a los viajeros de Memorial Day. Ya que mis vacaciones estan al doblar de la esquina (este sabado 2 de Junio) me fui de compras con Deya para 34st. No bien acabo de comprar en Victoria's Secret y me dirijo a Aldo Shoes cuando mi esposo me llama. Me dice que arranque para la casa, que nos vamos para Boston esa misma noche y no al otro dia como lo habiamos acordado... A correr fanaticos!!

Cuando llegue a la casa me puse pa' lo mio de una vez. Arregle la maleta, picaderas para el camino, me di una baño y me puse una ropita comoda para el viaje, pasamos a recoger a las niñas que estaban en el parque y cojimos carretera. Salimos de NY como a las 9 de la noche y llegamos a nuestro destino cerca de las 2 de la mañana! Yo era el GPS de mi esposo y tambien le servia de reloj despertador (tengo buenos recuerdos de la I-84!!!)

Al llegar ya estaban todos alla. Los anfitriones; Junior "popola" y su esposa Janet (y sus tres niños), Junior "banana" y su esposa (y su bebe), Emilio (hermano de popola) y su esposa Wendy (embarazada de 4 meses) y Geni (gay y en busqueda, lol... Al mirar hacia la mesa me di cuenta que no solo ellos estaban ahi, tambien se encontraban alla algunos viejos "amigos": el señor Jhonnie Walker Blue Label, y su primo Black Label, la señora Corona, la señora Bailey's y el señor Red Bull... I missed you guys!

Esa noche no nos acostamos hasta las 5 y pico de la mañana. Al otro dia nos levantamos a ayudar con los preparativos del party (el 1er cumpleaños de Yandel, hijo de Popola y Janet). Nisiquiera voy a entrar en detalles de la fiesta... mi memoria no puede poner todas las piezas juntas y yo lo culpo todo en el alcohol! Ayer aparecimos como por arte de magia en la casa... todo el mundo en la habitacion equivocada y cosas por el estilo. Que es lo mejor que puedes hacer cuando estas resacado? La mayoria de las personas dicen que tomarse otra cerveza ayuda, pero yo creo que nosotros no entendemos el concepto completamente. Para ayudar con la resaca uno esta supuesto a tomarse UNA cerveza... no ha darse otro jumo!!

En fin, mi fin de semana fue todo un exito! Regrese a New York en Lunes como a las 6 de la tarde a preparme para una semana corta pero agetreada. Pero yo esta semana puedo contra todo y todos, pues el sabado en la mañana estare sentada en un vuelo directo a Quisqueya la bella por dos semanas!!!
